Hanging red lanterns illuminate a path deep into the bar, opening onto a square back room (where DJs spin rock to hip-hop, Thu-Sun). The overall effect is to shut out the famous Mission sunshine and create an always-dark, timeless feel. This place appeals to two types, both of them young and fun.
